Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Director of Product Management for the Data Intelligence Foundation. You will own the PM layer spanning multiple engineering orgs—Files, Ontology, Data Capabilities, Knowledge/Metadata, and Query Plane—and define the strategy for a scalable AI data platform used across Relativity’s products.

You will hire and mentor PMs, collaborate with engineering leaders, and ensure governance, auditability, and strong cross-functional execution as the company advances its AI-based

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management at senior level.
• 5+ years leading platform or infrastructure PM organizations.
• Experience designing APIs and defining data contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full PM layer across multiple engineering orgs (Files, Ontology, Data Capabilities, Knowledge/Metadata, Query Plane).
• Define strategy and roadmaps for the Relativity Foundational Layer to enable scalable AI workflows.
• Hire, coach, and scale a multi-pillar PM organization.
• Drive internal adoption and GTM alignment for platform services across Relativity products.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure data governance, auditability, and defensibility requirements are baked in.
