Job summary

Lineage in Novi, MI is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead its Data Solutions portfolio—central data repositories, KPI tools, and analytics products. You will own strategy, ensure data trust, and drive adoption across functions and regions.

You will manage a team of PMs and business analysts, partner with data engineering and enterprise architecture, and collaborate with executives to translate business needs into scalable, data-driven capabilities, including AI-enabled initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, with 3+ years leading PMs.
• Proven success owning data/analytics products at enterprise scale.
• Strong technical acumen with cloud data platforms and BI tools.
• Ability to inherit an existing portfolio and drive strategic change.
• Excellent communication skills, including to C-suite.
• Experience leading change in large, global orgs.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for Lineage’s Data Solutions portfolio.
• Lead and develop an existing team of PMs and business analysts.
• Treat the data platform as a product: define capabilities, data domains, and quality standards.
• Partner with data engineering, data science, and enterprise architecture to align investments.
• Champion data trust with governance, finance, and operations stakeholders.
• Drive adoption and measurable business impact; track outcomes over outputs.
• Engage stakeholders from frontline to C-suite to translate needs into requirements.
• Coordinate roadmaps with other technology leaders for cohesive execution.
• Facilitate annual and quarterly planning, balancing value, scope, and resources.
• Manage relationships with third-party development teams and vendors.
