Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Director of Product Management, Data Intelligence Foundation to lead the full PM layer across multiple engineering teams. You will shape storage primitives, ontology, data capabilities, and the metadata model to enable the AI-driven data intelligence platform.

The role requires deep PM leadership in data platforms and cross-functional collaboration. You will partner with engineering, data science, and product teams to ensure scalable, observable, and secure data

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management with a focus on data platforms.
• 5+ years leading platform or infrastructure PM teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the full PM layer across multiple engineering orgs for the Foundational Layer.
• Define and govern storage primitives for legal data, including files, native formats, and accessibility.
• Lead ontology/relationship modeling to encode meaning and enable AI reasoning over data.
• Drive data capabilities, including reporting, auditability, and observability within the platform.
• Own the knowledge/metadata model and provide a unified materialized document layer for multi-workspace use.
