Job summary

Relativity seeks a Director of Product Management, Data Intelligence Foundation, to own the full PM layer across multiple engineering orgs. You will define the substrate for legal data that helps Relativity aiR apps reason at scale and improve performance.

You'll partner with engineering, product, and GTM teams to drive adoption of the Foundational Layer, set governance, and craft a roadmap balancing reliability, security, and AI readiness. Leadership of a growing PM org is essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management.
• 5+ years leading platform or infrastructure PM teams.
• Deep fluency with data platform primitives, including storage, metadata, knowledge graphs, and query engines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or Design, or comparable work experience.
• Experience at companies where data platform is the product.
• Experience building for AI systems, agents, or ML pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own PM layer across multiple engineering orgs for the data platform.
• Define and evolve the foundational data primitives: files, ontology, data capabilities, knowledge, and query plane.
• Collaborate with engineering and GTM teams to drive adoption of the Foundational Layer.
• Lead a scaling PM org with clear trade-offs and decision frameworks.
• Maintain product strategy in ambiguous, multi-pillar environments.
