Job summary

Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, is seeking a Director of Product Management for the Data Intelligence Foundation. You will shape the Foundational Layer that powers aiR applications, collaborating with multiple engineering orgs to drive strategy and product excellence.

You will own the full PM layer, define data primitives, and lead a scaling PM organization while coordinating internal GTM.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management with heavy platform scope.
• 5+ years leading platform/infrastructure PM organizations.
• Experience designing data contracts and API trade-offs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or Design.

Responsibilities

• Own the Full PM layer across multiple engineering orgs.
• Define and govern data primitives: Files, Ontology, Data Capabilities, Knowledge/Metadata, Query Plane.
• Lead internal GTM and cross-functional coordination.
• Coach and scale PM org and set cadence.
• Balance ambiguity with directional clarity in design decisions.
