Job summary

Relativity, a leader in legal data intelligence, seeks a Director of Product Management for the Data Intelligence Foundation. You will own the full PM layer across multiple engineering teams, shaping Files/ Ontology/ Data Capabilities/ Knowledge/ Metadata, and the Query Plane to empower Relativity aiR applications.

This is a high-impact role requiring extensive PM leadership, deep domain knowledge of data platforms, and a proven ability to build and scale a PM organization in a complex product

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management with leadership of platform or infrastructure PM teams.
• Fluency with data platform primitives: storage, metadata, knowledge graphs, query engines; able to design API contracts and discuss data consistency trade-offs.
• Experience building PM teams through hiring, leveling, and establishing product practice for a new domain.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full PM layer across multiple engineering orgs (~# engineers).
• Define and drive the ontology, data capabilities, knowledge/metadata surface, and query plane.“
• Lead organizational cadence, GTM ownership, and coaching of a scaling PM org.
• Influence cross-functionally without direct authority and manage ambiguity in design requirements.
