Carrier is seeking a Director of Systems Engineering for data centers to analyze trends, translate customer needs into a strategic product portfolio, and define system architectures with requirements. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering Discipline required.
• 10+ years of systems engineering experience with Data Center customers on cooling solutions.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into product/solution strategies and architectures.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze emerging Data Center trends and customer needs.
• Translate needs into a strategy for products and solutions offering.
• Define solution architecture and derive system-level requirements.
• Break down system requirements into sub-system requirements.
• Collaborate with customers, product management, and global stakeholders to align technical requirements and enable cost-efficient solutions.
• Lead teams as needed in a matrix organization and drive execution of strategic priorities.
