Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years Data Center industry experience.
• Proven leadership of professional staff or managers.
• Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience deploying data center fit-out solutions (space, power, network, security, containment).
• Experience with large-scale Data Center projects (>50 MW).
• Strong vendor and contractor management.
• Financial acumen to manage capital budgets (> $500 Million).
• Cross-functional collaboration and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of TPMs/PMs delivering customer data center fit outs.
• Travel 25-50% for on-site presence.
• Manage a portfolio of large-scale, multi-phase projects.
• Drive projects on time, on budget, and in accordance with DataBank standards.
• Create a culture that delivers excellent customer experience.
• Performance manage 3rd party vendors and contractors.
• Proactively assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Resolve roadblocks to assure project success.
• Ensure compliance with processes, policies, and systems.
• Create recurring status reports for stakeholders.
• Contribute to customer solution and business negotiations.
• Participate in and lead cross-functional initiatives.
