Qualifications

• Experience managing Data Center projects as a Manager/Owner.
• Minimum of 3–5+ years relevant experience in the Data Center sector.
• Familiar with the design process of building systems for data center and mission critical projects.
• Strong admin and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Maintain liaison with contractors and vendors to manage day to day activities impacting delivery of critical facilities construction projects.
• Ensure that all daily project responsibilities are met by the contractors and vendors on the project.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously; assist in negotiating contracts with vendors and developing project schedules.
• Create project plans including size up, costs, budget, scheduling, and change orders.
• Assist with reporting and RFPs to Contractors.
• Uphold company standards in project delivery across all projects.
