Job summary

Oracle is seeking a seasoned data center delivery leader in the United States to oversee end-to-end programs from planning to handoff. You will guide budgets, schedules, and risk management while coordinating with colocation partners and internal teams to enable large GPU/AI deployments.

You will mentor program managers, drive design reviews and readiness plans, and ensure quality across construction, testing, and commissioning for hyperscale environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversees end-to-end data center delivery from planning through handoff within timeline, budget, quality and capacity.
• Develops and maintains integrated program schedules coordinating with colocation providers and internal teams for GPUs/AI deployments.
• Leads creation and management of project budgets ensuring cost-efficiency.
• Provides high-level leadership to program managers and aligns goals with organizational objectives.
• Directs documentation across design reviews, readiness plans, commissioning, and problem-solving papers.
• Directs quality control across design, construction, systems integration and commissioning.
• Coordinates tenant fit-out and deployment projects to enhance efficiency during design, construction, commissioning and readiness.
• Leads site walks to ensure schedule adherence and delivery readiness.
• Oversees startup, testing and commissioning ensuring power, cooling and networks support GPU/AI workloads.
• Manages risk profiles and mitigations; communicates impacts to executive leadership.
• Directs primary contact between the company and colocation providers; maintains senior stakeholder relationships.
• Oversees vendor contracts to ensure performance and compliance.
• Directs collaboration with design, infrastructure and deployment teams to ensure alignment with design plans.
• Provides evaluation input for continuous improvement with colocation providers.
• Oversees installation and integration of power, cooling, networking and cabling systems.
• Promotes strategic learning and continuous improvement across teams.
• Drives performance through coaching and development aligned with strategy.
• Encourages cross-functional collaboration and partnerships with leaders and customers.
