Responsibilities

• Construction Project Management-Project Planning and Execution: oversee data center construction with timely, on-budget delivery and manage schedules and budgets; provide leadership to project managers and ensure documentation meets standards.
• Construction Project Management-Project Integration and Quality Assurance: direct quality control processes; coordinate tenant fit-out projects; lead site walks and oversee commissioning phases.
• Risk and Problem Management: evaluate risk across a portfolio; address mitigation gaps; communicate impacts to executives; develop comprehensive mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder and Vendor Management: act as primary contact with colocation providers; build senior-level relationships; oversee contracts with external vendors and ensure performance.
• Design Coordination and Improvement: ensure construction aligns with approved designs; provide input for continuous improvement; oversee installation of power, cooling, networking, and cabling.
• Core Responsibilities - Planning & Execution: guide multiple teams to manage complex projects, monitor timelines, and coach resource adjustment.
• Collaboration & Partnership: lead cross-functional collaboration; build partnerships with leaders, stakeholders, and customers; promote transparency.
