Oracle seeks an experienced people leader to guide and develop high-performing teams across major data center projects in the United States. You will oversee construction activities with colocation providers, drive strategic goals, and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversees construction of data centers by colocation providers, ensuring on-time delivery within timeline, budget, and quality parameters.
• Provides high-level leadership to project managers, setting strategic goals and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Directs the creation, review, and maintenance of documentation, including design reviews, commissioning, and problem-solving papers.
• Directs quality control processes to ensure construction activities meet design specifications and industry standards.
• Leads site walks and oversees startup and commissioning phases of major data center projects.
• Manages vendor contracts, negotiations, and performance in line with approved designs and specifications.
• Directs installation of power, cooling, networking, and structured cabling systems.
