Job summary

Telamon is seeking a Director of Construction, Data Center Solutions in Carmel, Indiana, to lead planning, execution, and delivery of mission-critical data center projects from preconstruction through turnover. You will oversee design partners, subcontractors, and Telamon personnel, ensuring safety, scope adherence, and quality across the portfolio.

You will partner with cross-functional teams including design, trade, inside-plant, and commissioning to deliver facilities ready for infrastructure

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project-management experience in data center construction.
• Experience delivering construction projects valued at $10 million or more.
• Experience leading subcontractors, design partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent data center construction projects from single-site to campus programs.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and risk-mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with design partners, trade contractors, AHJs, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure turnover readiness.
• Monitor financial performance, change orders, and ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
