Job summary

Nox Group in the United States is seeking a Director of Construction to lead large-scale data center programs, delivering safe, on-time and on-budget outcomes across multiple projects.

You will own program-level P&L, mentor field teams, and collaborate with clients, regulators, and partners to meet ambitious milestones.

This role requires 15+ years in construction, with 5+ years in senior leadership, and a strong track record in mission-critical projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction experience.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director, Senior PM, or equivalent).
• Experience leading large-scale, multi-project programs (preferably $500M+ total value).
• Strong background in mission-critical, data center, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute a multi-project data center construction program with safety, quality, schedule, and profitability accountability.
• Own program-level P&L across concurrent projects, including forecasting and risk mitigation.
• Lead field leadership teams to ensure consistent execution standards and succession planning.
• Understand prime contract terms, contract documents, and subcontract agreements; manage procurement and turnover.
• Develop and manages project execution with PMs and Superintendents; coordinate means, methods, manpower, and material resources.
• Participate in business development proposals and client presentations.
• Oversee development of program-level schedules across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
