Job summary

Nox Group seeks a Director of Construction to lead data center and mission-critical projects nationwide. You will drive program performance across safety, quality, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction while leading senior project teams in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities include managing multi-project P&L, coordinating means and methods, mentoring field leaders, and coordinating with clients and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction experience with 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director, Senior PM, or equivalent)
• Experience leading large-scale, multi-project programs (preferably $500M+ total value)
• Strong background in mission-critical, data center, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Experience managing partnerships with regulatory bodies such as city, county, state, EPA, etc.

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-project data center construction programs with accountability for safety, quality, schedule, client satisfaction and profitability
• Own program-level P&L across multiple projects including forecasting, cost control and risk mitigation
• Lead and develop field leadership teams to maintain execution standards and succession planning
• Develop and manage contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders to ensure alignment with program goals
• Coordinate means, methods, manpower, equipment, and materials to achieve project goals
• Support business development proposals and presentations
• Oversee schedule development across design, procurement, construction, commissioning and turnover
• Ensure effective communication of project schedules with subs, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Drive efficient flow of work while maintaining safety and quality standards
