Job summary

RTX is seeking an Associate Director in Data & Analytics to shape, scale, and lead high-performing data teams delivering business impact. The role blends technical depth with leadership, organizational design, and stakeholder management.

You will develop data strategy, mentor diverse teams, and collaborate with executives to ensure reliable data platforms and governance. This hybrid role emphasizes driving value across engineering, operations, and enterprise functions.

Qualifications

• Typically requires University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. Citizen required to access information under this program/contract.
• Experience leading delivery teams in a matrixed environment focused on data and AI.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data and analytics leaders to develop and refine our data strategy, accelerating business value delivery across business areas.
• Drive the team that puts that strategy into action by executing on use cases with business leaders and SMEs to maximize data ecosystem reliability.
• Mentor and develop a multi-disciplinary team across data engineering domains including architecture, analytics, and governance.
• Practice a customer-focused approach, listening to and understanding requests across organizational boundaries.
