Job summary

RTX’s Data, Analytics and AI organization seeks a Technical Lead to guide the design and delivery of AI-enabled enterprise software. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, full-stack development with Angular and Java, and collaboration across SAFe teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

You will mentor developers, drive best practices, and work with stakeholders to align roadmaps while ensuring maintainability and performance across enterprise systems. Hybrid work model in Tucson, AZ.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience.
Strong experience designing and developing full‑stack enterprise web apps.
Experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with Java-based backend apps and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on technical leadership for AI-enabled enterprise applications.
Design and develop full-stack web applications with Angular frontend and Java backend.
Integrate with LLM platforms and enterprise data sources.
Mentor developers and conduct code reviews.
Establish software engineering best practices including CI/CD.
Collaborate with product owners and architects to plan technical roadmaps.
Address performance, security, and reliability challenges.
Hybrid role in Tucson, AZ with onsite 1–3 times per month.
