Job summary

You will develop long-range data strategies aligned with corporate goals and enable data-driven decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred certifications CIC, CPCU, or ARM.
• Extensive experience leading data/analytics projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to mature the data-driven road map and governance.
• Educate stakeholders in data literacy and drive data collection and usage.
• Lead Enterprise Data and Analytics Team direction and strategy.
• Forecast, budget, and staffing based on volumes and growth.
• Develop policies, processes, and workflows to improve efficiencies.
• Lead and manage a team of data engineers and analytics consultants.
