Cardinal Health is seeking a Manager, Data Analytics & Decision Science to lead a high-performing analytics team, turning data into actionable insights that advance patient and operational outcomes. The role partners across analytics, operations, technology, and strategy to elevate our data-driven decisioning.

You will drive modern analytics practices, including Databricks adoption, automation, and AI-enabled insights, while communicating findings to senior leaders in clear terms.

Qualifications

• Translate business problems into analytical questions and recommendations.
• Experience leading and developing analysts or analytics teams.
• Experience with modern cloud data and analytics platforms (Databricks) and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, patient services, payer, or related industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team.
• Partner with business leaders to identify critical questions and opportunities analytics can support.
• Deliver insights that improve patient, operational, customer, and financial outcomes.
• Develop cross-business analytics to identify trends and leading indicators.
• Communicate complex findings clearly to senior leaders and nontechnical audiences.
• Partner with data engineering, technology, governance, and other teams to ensure trusted data.
