Cardinal Health Sonexus Access and Patient Support is seeking a Manager, Data Analytics & Decision Science to lead a high-performing analytics team and translate data into actionable insights that improve patient, operational, and financial outcomes.

The role partners with business leaders across analytics, operations, technology and strategy, driving modernization with Databricks, automation, data science, and AI-enabled analytics to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of analytics experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, statistics, economics, business, CS, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to translate business problems into analytical questions and recommendations.
• Experience leading analytics teams.
• Experience with Databricks or similar modern cloud data/analytics platform.
• Strong SQL and BI tooling knowledge (Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience applying AI or generative AI to analytics or workflows.
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, patient services, specialty pharmacy, payer, or related industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team.
• Partner with business leaders to identify the most important questions, decisions, and opportunities analytics can support.
• Deliver insights that improve patient, operational, customer, and financial outcomes.
• Develop analytics that look across businesses and programs to identify trends, benchmarks, leading indicators, and opportunities that may not be visible within individual programs.
• Communicate complex findings clearly to senior leaders and nontechnical audiences.
• Partner with data engineering, technology, governance, and other teams to ensure analytics is built on trusted and scalable data.
