Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in data analytics, BI, or related analytics function.
• Experience with large, complex data sets from multiple sources.
• Hands-on with BigQuery, Databricks, SQL-based analysis; Oracle/SQL Server preferred.
• Dashboard/report development with Tableau/Looker; strong visual design.
• Experience with Alteryx and data exploration tools.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical deliverables.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytics plans, analyze performance trends, and deliver insights.
• Create dashboards and reports using Tableau and Looker.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into analytical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and timely delivery.
• Support cloud analytics migrations and modernizations.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
