Dr. Squatch, LLC is seeking an Associate Director of Cybersecurity, Privacy & IT to lead three connected functions: security, privacy, and internal technology. You will own strategy, governance, risk, and the team, while partnering with eCommerce, marketing, and legal, and reporting to the Sr.

Director, Data & Technology. This is a hybrid role based in Marina Del Rey, CA. The role focuses on integrating Unilever standards with startup-speed operations, driving risk management, incident response,

Qualificações

• 8–12 years of leadership across cybersecurity, IT, and/or privacy implementing end-to-end programs.
• Experience applying security and risk frameworks (NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, SOC 2) in real environments.
• Hands-on depth in cloud-first SaaS stacks: identity, endpoint management, email security, logging and detection.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cybersecurity risk register and multi-year security roadmap.
• Own identity and access management end-to-end for SaaS tooling via SSO, MFA, provisioning, deprovisioning.
• Lead IT operations and set service expectations; drive broader ownership over time.
• Own privacy program for CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, and related data processing.
• Own AI governance, data handling standards, and vendor risk reviews.
