Job summary

Dr. Squatch seeks an Associate Director of Cybersecurity, Privacy & IT to lead three connected functions: our security program, our privacy compliance program, and the internal technology our employees use every day. You’ll own the strategy and the team for all three.

As part of Unilever alignment, you’ll map controls to enterprise standards, participate in assessments, and translate a global program to a dynamic DTC business with startup speed.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years across cybersecurity, IT, and/or privacy with end-to-end program ownership.
• Experience applying security/risk frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Hands-on depth in cloud-first, SaaS-first stack (identity, endpoint, email security).
• Knowledge of privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, GDPR) and operationalizing them.
• Direct people management experience and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Own cybersecurity program, privacy compliance, and IT/identity management functions.
• Map controls to enterprise standards and drive risk-based remediation.
• Lead vendor risk reviews, audits, and evidence collection for assessments.
• Set IT priorities, oversee IT operations, and ensure onboarding/offboarding efficiency.
• Partner with Legal, Marketing, and eCommerce on data privacy, cookies, and data sharing.
