Dr. Squatch is seeking an Associate Director of Cybersecurity, Privacy & IT to lead three connected functions: security, privacy compliance, and internal IT used daily by employees. You’ll own strategy, build a team, and operate within a global control framework after the Unilever integration, partnering with eCommerce, marketing, and legal.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years across cybersecurity, IT, and/or privacy.
• Hands-on depth in a cloud-first, SaaS-first stack.
• Experience applying security frameworks (NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, or SOC 2).
• Direct people management experience and growing teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cybersecurity risk register and multi-year security roadmap.
• Own identity and access management end-to-end (SSO, MFA, provisioning).
• Lead IT operations, device lifecycle, and SaaS governance.
• Own privacy program across US and UK/EU GDPR compliance.
• Coordinate with Unilever governance and audits; map controls to standards.
• Own AI governance, vendor risk, and data handling standards.
