Position: Director of Cybersecurity Operations

Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Business-related fields, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive background in IT operations and cybersecurity, with 7-12+ years of relevant experience.

- 5 years of experience managing people and managers
- Must have a background in security platforms such as Bitdefender, Proofpoint, and M365/Azure.
- Strong scripting abilities in languages like PowerShell, Python, and SQL.
- Industry certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP are preferred.
- Experience with IT and Data Privacy frameworks like NIST CSF, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven leadership skills in collaborative environments to drive cybersecurity strategies and initiatives.

-Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
