Voltican is a Licensed Training Provider approved by the CCMC-AB and is in the process of becoming a Registered Provider Organization. The company is seeking to hire a charismatic and engaging cybersecurity professional to lead the cybersecurity department.

The role involves training aspiring and experienced cybersecurity professionals aiming to obtain CMMC Certified Professional and Assessor qualifications (CCP and CCA), as well as leading the company's team in conducting assessments, remediation, and consulting services for client vendors in the Federal Space.

LEAD TRAINER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop lesson plans and methodologies to be used by Voltican's Provisional Trainers to complement CMMC Authorized Training Material for training.
• Conduct Virtual Instructor-Led Training for students.
• Monitor progress and implement strategies to improve students' pass rates for CMMC-AB exams.
• Lead Internal Train-the-Trainer classes.

LEAD ASSESSOR/CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare for and conduct cybersecurity assessments for clients.
• Advise and support clients in making risk management decisions.
• Identify potential issues or shortfalls in the client organization’s implementation of the Risk Management Framework.
• Identify information system weaknesses and deficiencies, ensuring they are addressed.
• Support continuous monitoring activities and information security situational awareness.
• Facilitate security authorization decisions.
• Complete security authorization packages, including system security plans, security assessment reports, POAM summaries, and continuous monitoring plans/assessment schedules.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify vulnerabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• At least five (5) years of teaching experience.
• At least five (5) years of cybersecurity experience.
• Possess two or more of the following certifications:
• CAP (Certified Authorization Professional)
• CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional)
• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
• CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
• CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
