BDO USA is seeking a Cyber Security AI & Emerging Technology Director to drive the growth and development of the practice, focusing on high-quality service delivery and revenue expansion. Qualifications

• Ten or more years in cybersecurity or security environments.
• Five or more years in a senior leadership role within a consulting firm or professional services environment.
• Experience in AI/ML cybersecurity best practices and AI/ML applications.
• Strong knowledge in risk management, IAM, threat intelligence, compliance, security operations, AI/ML security, adversarial AI, and secure AI deployment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity consulting services, including AI-powered strategy and advisory, risk assessments and incident response.
• Lead project teams to deliver engagements on time, within budget, and to high quality standards with AI integration.
• Act as primary engagement lead on key client projects, providing thought leadership in AI-enabled cybersecurity.
