This role partners with Data Engineering, Governance, Data Science, AI, and Technology to build durable semantic models and reusable data assets that support Service analytics at scale. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Finance, Operations, or related field required; master degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in analytics, BI, reporting, data science, or CX analytics.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing analytics, BI, or analytics engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary analytics and reporting partner to Service leadership, helping define performance questions and metrics.
• Own the Service analytics roadmap and ensure delivery of scalable analytics and enterprise reporting.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and data products to monitor performance and improve member experience.
• Provide hands-on guidance to analysts on SQL, Python, and Databricks; optimize performance and reliability.
