Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 7–10 years in customer service or supply chain.
• 5 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (M3, SAP, Oracle) and BI tools.
• Experience serving retail, food service, or B2B customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily customer service operations for business customers.
• Oversee a small team of customer service staff and managers.
• Monitor exception trends and collaborate to resolve root causes.
• Support KPI tracking and service reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication for order issues.
