Job summary

9amHealth is seeking a Director of Customer Success to lead a growing team, build scalable operations, and drive exceptional customer outcomes in a fast-growing digital health company.

Based in San Diego with global customers, you'll coach managers, implement playbooks, and partner across Product, Clinical, Operations, Sales, and Commercial to expand partnerships and maximize value for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success or leadership.
• 3+ years managing Customer Success Managers.
• Experience designing CS operations, playbooks, metrics.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
• Healthcare/digital health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Customer Success Managers.
• Build scalable CS processes, playbooks and operating rhythms.
• Improve health metrics, forecasting and reporting.
• Identify expansion opportunities with Commercial.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Partner with Product, Clinical, Sales and Ops for seamless experiences.
