Job summary

HealthStream, a leader in healthcare workforce solutions, seeks a Director of Customer Success in the USA with remote-friendly duties and Nashville ties. You will design an engagement model to maximize customer value, retention, and growth across SaaS solutions, while shaping cross-functional processes and mentoring teams to elevate the customer experience.

You will lead efforts to monitor health metrics, drive renewals, and deliver strategic plans that reduce churn and increase utilization.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in a customer success leadership role.
• Experience in the full customer life cycle – Sales, Training, Onboarding, Ongoing Customer Support and Success
• Knowledge of HealthCare SaaS Development, QA and Product Management.
• Proven results in a customer success leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Shape the vision and direction of our customer engagement model with CE Management leadership to achieve NPR scores and renewals.
• Develop, analyze, and communicate customer health metrics to address churn risk and satisfaction.
• Execute a defined customer success strategy with reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Training, Product Management, Development and Support to optimize adoption and upsell.
• Understand customers' needs to improve overall experience and journey to adoption.
• Participate in customer meetings and establish executive level relationships.
