Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Director of Digital Commerce, Loyalty & Customer Experience in Charlotte to lead the digital customer ecosystem, loyalty programs, and CX initiatives across touchpoints. You will shape strategy, prioritize initiatives, and drive data-driven decisions, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and external partners.

You will manage a cross-functional team, monitor KPIs, and deliver measurable business value while improving customer adoption and revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, digital commerce, technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of leadership in digital commerce, customer experience, loyalty, product management, or related field.
• 5+ years managing digital ecosystems and customer-facing products.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise transformation to products, processes, or technology.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare budgets, and create plans with measurable goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and performance of the digital commerce platform to drive adoption and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute digital commerce, loyalty, and customer experience strategies.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and external stakeholders.
• Leverage insights and analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
• Oversee Voice of Customer programs and translate feedback into improvements.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with governance and succession planning.
