Job summary

Radancy is seeking a Director, Customer Solutions to oversee project portfolios and key stakeholder relationships, while shaping strategy and success metrics across customer programs. You will lead customer success teams, synthesize data-driven insights, and drive adoption of the Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud within client organizations.

What does a great Director, Customer Solutions do?
  • Oversee a portfolio of projects, manage key UPS US stakeholder relationships, and work with customers to define and distill their goals
  • Develops strategies to support those goals, create success metrics, and lead customer success teams to execute exceptional service delivery
  • Acquire a deep understanding of your customers’ business, including in-depth knowledge of industry segment, competitor behaviors and target audiences
  • Combine internal usage reports and performance data to tell a cohesive, insightful story that supports your customers’ established KPIs
  • Ensure the Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud is a productive and vital part of customer strategies and identify and act upon upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Plan toward a budget with effective measurements to meet customer goals
  • Own customer presentations and coordinate agendas aimed at efficient and productive meetings
  • Mentor Customer Success Representatives and Managers, developing their skills and knowledge to help them expand connections across Radancy departments and offices
  • Advocate for your customers to ensure our delivery and support teams are working together to prevent or resolve support issues as needed
  • Possess a strong understanding of a data-driven platform and programmatic adtech components, and how to connect those to your customers’ hiring needs
Qualifications
  • Expertise in developing talent acquisition strategies with measurable goals and objectives aimed at producing data-driven insights to demonstrate Radancy’s value
  • Ability to forge strong customer relationships that result in you being viewed as not only a trusted advisor but an extension of your customer’s team
  • 7+ years of experience developing and presenting complex, custom software solutions
  • Experience with SaaS products required; experience with HR technology highly valued
  • Demonstrated track record of leadership, coaching and inspiring a team
  • Deep understanding of software platforms, tools, technologies, trends and a passion for innovation
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to convey complex solutions to a customer
