Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology delivery in a large-scale organization.
• 8–10+ years leading senior engineering managers and multiple teams.
• Experience managing large engineering teams and multi-investment portfolios.
• Experience delivering solutions in financial services.
• Strategic ability to align engineering with business goals at a senior level.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering organization across multiple teams.
• Own the architectural vision for the Customer Management domain.
• Manage 50+ active technology investments portfolio.
• Provide executive oversight for critical systems and SaaS platforms.
• Oversee large-scale programs including cloud migrations and data conversions.
• Communicate with executives, peers, and engineers to build consensus.
• Establish and govern delivery standards and governance frameworks.
• Partner with stakeholders to align priorities with strategic objectives.
• Oversee change management and regulatory reporting controls.
• Manage disaster recovery planning and testing.
