Qualifications

15+ years in technology delivery or applications development in a large org.
8–10+ years direct people management, leading senior engineering managers.
Experience managing large teams and multi-investment portfolios.
Experience delivering tech solutions in financial services with product knowledge.
Strategic alignment of engineering with business objectives.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing engineering organization across multiple teams.
Own the architectural vision for the Customer Management domain and platform design.
Manage a portfolio of 50+ active technology investments across Retail Banking, Wealth, and Mortgage.
Oversee critical systems and SaaS platforms ensuring stability, compliance, and safe operations.
Lead large-scale programs like cloud migrations and data conversions with AI tool migrations.
Communicate effectively with executives, peers, and engineers; build consensus on strategy.
Establish and govern technology delivery standards and documentation compliance.
Partner with senior stakeholders to align engineering with strategic objectives.
Oversee change management and regulatory reporting changes with proper controls.
