McKesson Corporation in Irving, TX is seeking a Director, Customer Facing Demand Planning to lead a team of about 10 FTE and drive customer-focused demand execution across the assigned segment. You will oversee inventory positioning, onboarding of new accounts, and escalation management, while translating customer insights into the consensus forecast and maintaining service levels.

This hybrid role requires 12+ years in supply chain with 4+ in leadership, strong analytics, and Kinaxis Maestro

Qualifications

12+ years professional experience in supply chain or demand planning.
4+ years in a leadership capacity managing teams.
Experience leading customer-facing teams in high-volume distribution/pharma.
Ability to influence without direct authority.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day customer-facing demand execution for assigned segment.
Oversee inventory positioning, program commitments, and formulary changes for accounts.
Direct onboarding of new accounts including go-live readiness.
Manage escalations and ensure service levels meet contractual requirements.
Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration across demand planning teams.
