• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day customer-facing demand function and ensure high responsiveness.
• Oversee onboarding for new accounts, inventory planning and system setup.
• Manage escalations and service level inquiries, ensuring contract requirements are met.
• Maintain demand signal intake and translate inputs to the consensus plan.
• Lead a ~10 FTE team and drive continuous improvement across the function.
