Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in customer-facing and operational functions.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs or transformation efforts.
• Demonstrated success transforming in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute the customer experience strategy for the Hospitality vertical in the Americas.
• Identify opportunities to improve outcomes and reduce customer effort across the journey.
• Lead transformational initiatives to boost satisfaction and operational performance.
• Partner with Hospitality leadership to drive growth objectives and STRAP priorities.
• Voice of the customer to influence decisions and investments.
