Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a Director of Customer Experience to lead the CX strategy and execution for the Hospitality vertical within Building Automation Americas. This senior leader will drive customer satisfaction, cross-functional alignment, and operational excellence across the customer lifecycle on a hybrid schedule from Atlanta, Northford, or Salem.

The role partners with Sales, ISC, Offering Management, Services, and CX teams to enhance the customer journey and business performance,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing and operational roles.
• 5+ years leading high-performing teams.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional programs or transformations.
• Experience transforming processes in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute CX strategy for the Americas Hospitality vertical.
• Identify opportunities to improve outcomes and reduce effort across the journey.
• Lead transformational initiatives to boost satisfaction and performance.
• Partner with Hospitality leadership to drive growth objectives.
• Serve as voice of the customer influencing decisions across functions.
• Collaborate with Sales, ISC, Services, and CX teams to improve performance.
