Qualifications

• 8+ years of strategic communications experience in life sciences, healthcare, or pharma.
• Ability to translate complex scientific topics into clear messages for diverse audiences.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams to set objectives and deliver impactful communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to scientific and non-scientific audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior R&D leaders to progress priorities and deliver communications plans.
• Develop and deliver strategies that explain scientific goals, progress and impact to diverse audiences including the Board and external stakeholders.
• Create narratives and content translating science into compelling stories.
• Lead preparations for senior spokespeople including talking points, presentations and media briefings.
• Partner with Corporate Media, Digital, and Internal Communications to ensure coordinated outreach.
