PayPal, Inc. is seeking a Sr Director of Product Management for Crypto in Austin, TX.

You will set a unified vision for the crypto and stablecoin product portfolio and lead strategic development with cross-functional teams, shaping a roadmap that balances innovation, regulatory requirements, and profitability while prioritizing customer and merchant experience across digital asset products. Qualifications

12+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
5 years of experience leading others.
Deep fintech and crypto/digital asset expertise.
Experience building and scaling products in regulated financial services and digital asset environments.

Responsibilities

Establish a shared vision across the company for a portfolio of products and platform products enabling development & scalability.
Leads product strategy development and executable view of the product portfolio with cross-functional stakeholders.
Shapes the architectural roadmap balancing design, implementation, regulatory requirements, time-to-market and profitability.
Champions customer experience and prioritizes customer needs in product requirements and decisions.
Defines metrics using usability studies, on-chain data, market analysis to guide decisions.
Standardizes workstreams for analytics, discovery, market research and competitive analysis.
Responsible for portfolio profitability and budgetary decisions.
Leads Product, Operating, and Business Reviews; interfaces with senior leadership as needed.
