PayPal seeks a seasoned Senior Product Manager to own and shape a unified crypto and stablecoin product portfolio, driving strategic development with cross-functional teams. You’ll balance innovation, regulatory requirements, and profitability while focusing on customer and merchant experience across digital asset products.

You will use on-chain data, usability studies, and market analysis to inform decisions, standardize data-driven workflows, and oversee portfolio profitability.

Qualifications

• Deep fintech and crypto/digital asset expertise required, with demonstrated experience building and scaling products in regulated financial services and digital asset environments.
• Experience leading product strategy and roadmaps across crypto and stablecoin products, including areas such as stablecoins, custody, on/off-ramps, payment rails, network expansion, and digital asset infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Establish a shared vision across the company for a portfolio of products enabling development & scalability.
• Leads product strategy development and executes a clear view of the portfolio strategy with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Shapes the architectural roadmap balancing innovation with regulatory requirements, time-to-market, and profitability.
• Champions customer experience and prioritizes customer needs in product requirements.
• Defines and uses metrics informing product success including usability studies and market analysis.
• Standardizes workstreams to drive data-driven decision-making across analytics, discovery, and research.
• Responsible for portfolio profitability and budgetary decisions.
• Leads operational mechanisms like Product Reviews and Business Reviews and interfaces with senior leadership.
