Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading others.
• Ownership of production cryptographic infrastructure at enterprise scale (PKI, key management, HSMs, TLS).
• Experience with regulatory audits (PCI DSS, SOC 2, FIPS).
• Leadership of multi-team crypto platforms and roadmap delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi‑team engineers and managers across PKI, key management, cryptographic services and post‑quantum readiness.
• Shape multi‑year security strategy and enterprise crypto‑agility programs.
• Drive automation in certificate operations, issuance, and risk‑based remediation.
• Partner with Compliance, Internal Audit, and Risk to address regulatory examinations.
• Communicate risk and strategic plans to senior leadership.
