• Champions customer experience and prioritizes customer needs in product requirements.
• Defines and uses metrics to inform product success and market analysis.
• Standardizes workstreams to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Responsible for product profitability and budget decisions.
• Leads reviews and engages with senior leadership as needed.
