Qualifications

12+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
5 years of experience leading others.
Deep fintech and crypto/digital asset expertise in regulated financial services.
Experience leading product strategy across crypto and stablecoin products.

Responsibilities

Establish a shared vision for a portfolio of products and a cohesive strategy.
Leads product strategy development with cross-functional stakeholders.
Shapes architectural roadmap balancing innovation, regulatory requirements, time-to-market, and profitability.
Champions customer experience and prioritizes customer needs in product requirements.
Defines and uses metrics to inform product success including usability and market analysis.
Standardizes workstreams for analytics, discovery, market research, and competitive analysis.
Responsible for portfolio profitability and budget decisions.
Leads execution governance like Product Reviews and Business Reviews.
Interfaces with senior leadership as needed.
