Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide capacity across Finance functions including Procurement, Planning & Analysis, Grants Management, and Financial Systems.
• Maintain ownership of evergreen operational tasks like system access and quarterly data analysis.
• Support leaders in driving operational priorities, documentation, knowledge management, and workflow optimization.
• Deploy to time-bound projects and backfill during peak periods or vacancies to maximize team impact.
• Participate in monthly meetings, team-building, and professional development.
