Job summary

Clearsulting LLC is seeking a Consulting Director to lead complex finance transformation engagements from strategy through execution. You will oversee multi-project delivery, align on scope and budgets, and drive measurable client outcomes with senior stakeholders.

The role emphasizes revenue growth, proposal development, and leadership of Managers and distributed teams. A strong finance background and experience with digital finance tools are required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years solving finance, accounting, operations, technology, or transformation challenges in consulting, professional services, or industry environments.
• 4+ years leading and developing people, including Managers or multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience leading multiple phases of complex client engagements with scope, budgets, and governance.
• Functional depth in one or more digital finance areas such as financial close, procurement, treasury, or finance transformation.
• Experience advising executives, translating priorities into actionable recommendations, and delivering executive-ready presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex finance transformation engagements from strategy through execution with measurable client outcomes.
• Provide senior oversight across engagements: scope, staffing, milestones, budgets, risks, and governance.
• Build trusted relationships with senior finance stakeholders and translate strategy into actionable programs and roadmaps.
• Drive revenue and account growth by shaping opportunities, pricing, proposals, and negotiations.
• Develop reusable tools and thought leadership to differentiate firm capabilities.
• Mentor Managers and project teams, set expectations, and provide timely feedback.
