Job summary

E House Studio, LLC. is seeking a Director of CRO to lead its conversion optimization practice as a data analyst and behavioral scientist. You’ll translate quantitative signals into revenue-driving changes across client Shopify experiences, owning analytics, experimentation, modeling, and reporting.

The role focuses on data-driven decision-making, statistical rigor, and AI-enabled experimentation for DTC and omnichannel brands, with a strong emphasis on GA4, BigQuery, SQL, and Looker dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Proven experience leading CRO initiatives as a data-first practice.
• Advanced proficiency in ecommerce analytics and translating data to insights.
• Hands-on experience with web experiment statistics: sample size, significance, segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRO engagements for DTC ecommerce brands grounded in client analytics data.
• Partner with clients to develop data-driven strategies across site experience, merchandising, acquisition and retention.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests with appropriate statistical methods.
• Own monthly analytics reporting and executive dashboards; ensure data integrity across GA4, GTM, and Shopify events.
