Job summary

Astrion is seeking a Director, Solution Lead – Critical Infrastructure Resilience to serve as the senior solution architect and technical lead for CIR captures across Transportation, Energy, and DIB Infrastructure. The role owns the strategic roadmap and translates complex requirements into executable solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in solution architecture and related fields.
• 8+ years of leadership leading multidisciplinary technical, engineering, solution-architecture, or matrixed pursuit teams.
• Proven experience leading technical solution development across government acquisition lifecycle and RFIs, RFPs, and sources sought.

Responsibilities

• Own the CIR mission-area solution roadmap across Transportation, Energy, and DIB Infrastructure.
• Lead end-to-end technical solution development for RFIs, Sources Sought, and RFPs.
• Define, mature, and package CIR Mission Solutions including Mission Evidence Packs, Digital Twins, OT/ICS assessments and dashboards.
• Partner with Growth, Capture, and Program leadership to align development with pipeline priorities.
• Translate customer mission challenges into solution concepts, reference architectures, and roadmaps.
• Author customer-facing technical content and proposal materials.
