Job summary

Accenture seeks an exceptional consulting leader to serve as Infrastructure Resiliency Lead, a senior L5 role with enterprise-wide ownership of IT resiliency strategy and execution. You will own BC/DR, HA architecture, DORA compliance, crisis management, and geo-resilience design across a global infrastructure estate.

Operating at the highest client-engagement levels, you will sell and deliver large resiliency programs to CIO/CRO audiences and be accountable for both sold and delivered work,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure, operational resilience, or technology risk focusing on BC/DR and HA architecture.
• Senior leadership with ownership of resiliency strategy or crisis response.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12 years' work experience if no Bachelor's.

Responsibilities

• Own IT resiliency end-to-end — strategy, architecture, and execution across BC/DR, HA, operational resilience, and geo-resilience.
• Lead DORA compliance and regulatory requirements across financial services and other regulated industries.
• Design crisis management frameworks including runbooks, simulations, and executive escalation protocols.
• Oversee geo-resilience architectures — active-active, active-passive, multi-region failover.
• Sell and shape resiliency engagements at CIO/CRO level; lead pursuits and proposals.
• Maintain P&L and delivery accountability for resiliency engagements; ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide thought leadership on resilience trends (AI-testing, chaos engineering, third-party risk) and evolving regs.
• Build and scale resiliency practice across Accenture’s go-to-market.
